Villa K is located just moments away from Layan beach on the west coast of Phuket. 20 mins from Phuket international airport.

What activites are near by?
Villa K is located only a few minutes from the nearest beach.
5 minutes away is the Laguna area, filled with restaurants, cafes and shops
The nearest golf course is Laguna, and also 5 minutes away.

Do you offer any long stay discounts?
Yes - if you book for 14 nights we will give you the 15th night for free!
If you which to stay for a month or longer we will offer a 50% discount.

Is a cleaning service included?
Yes - we have a house keeper working at the villa full time. SHe will manage your cleaning, laundry etc... She is able to cook breakfast on request
